The beautifully ornate, top-of-the-line Excellente was made famous by country music legend Loretta Lynn, and now it returns as part of the new Masterbilt™ Collection. Featuring a solid Sitka spruce top, solid ovangkol back and sides, an ebony fingerboard with historic pearl cloud inlays, bone nut and saddle, and gold vintage-style Waffleback tuners. Loretta Lynn is one of the most recognizable names in country music, which a career that spans 6 decades and include numerous hits such as “You Ain’t Woman Enough (To Take My Man)”, “Don’t Come Home A-Drinkin’ (With Lovin’ on Your Mind)”, “One’s on the Way”, “Fist City”, and “Coal Miner’s Daughter”, the last of which was turned into a movie of the same name.
Lynn is the most awarded female recording artist, with 18 GRAMMY nominations and 3 wins, as well as awards from the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music. She is also the only female to win ACM Artist of the Decade, which she earned for her work in the 1970’s. Along with these awards, Lynn has had 24 number 1 singles, and 11 number one albums in her illustrious career.
